I need to know:
- your name, contact telephone number/s
- requested dates for your stay
- which room you would prefer
- single or double occupancy
Payment
Initially I would like a deposit of £50 per room, payment can be by cheque (payable to Ian Rycroft) or bank transfer (ask me for account details). Sorry, no credit or debit cards.
Check-in
Usual check-in time is after 3pm and check-out by 10.30am but other times may be possible - just ask.
Cancellations
If you do need to cancel your booking please let me know as soon as
possible. If you give notice before midday seven days before your
intended visit, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. For
notice of less than this, I will do my best to re-let the room, but if I
am not able to, I will keep your deposit.
